• Communications: Team chat messages, poll responses, and announcements you create or interact with.
• Payment Information: Payment records (amounts, dates, status). We do not store full card details — any card processing is handled by third-party providers.
• Subscription Information: Subscription plan, billing status, and checkout session details for paid tiers (Captain, Captain Pro, League Admin). Billing is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments); we do not store your full card information.
• Location Data: Optional venue postcodes or location descriptions you provide for fixtures, used to generate directions links.
• Player Status Data: Injury or unavailability status you or your captain record, including expected return dates and optional notes.
• Match Photos: Photos uploaded to match galleries, including the uploader's name.
• Voting Data: Man of the Match votes and availability responses, linked to your player profile via a unique token.
• Referral Data: If you share a referral link, we record your user ID and the referred team details for referral tracking.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device push token to deliver notifications to your device.
• Feedback: Any feedback you submit through the in-app feedback form, including your name and email address.
• Usage Data: App activity such as pages visited and features used, collected to improve the service.
• Device Information: Device type and operating system version for compatibility and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and team memberships.
• Display player statistics, league tables, and match history.
• Facilitate team communication, polls, and announcements.
• Notify team members about fixtures, availability requests, and match results, including via push notifications.
• Process and track team payment records and manage subscription billing.
• Generate directions links using venue location data you provide.
• Track injuries and availability status within your team.
• Administer Man of the Match voting and fixture availability polls.
• Process referrals and reward eligible users.
• Review and respond to feedback submitted through the app.
• Improve, maintain, and personalise the app experience.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Within Your Team: Your name, player profile, and statistics are visible to other members of your team. Team captains can view all member details for administration purposes.
• Service Providers: We use Base44 as our backend infrastructure provider to store and process data securely. We may also use third-party services for authentication and analytics.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period. Some anonymised statistical data (e.g. match scores) may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can view your account and profile information within the app at any time.
• Correction: You can update your profile and account details from the Account settings page.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us or using the account deletion option in settings.
• Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Objection: You can object to certain processing of your data by contacting us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
