By accessing and using BallerStats, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
BallerStats is a team management and statistics tracking app for recreational football teams. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of content you post, such as chat messages and profile photos. By posting content, you grant us a licence to display that content to your team members within the app. You must not post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Team captains are responsible for managing their team appropriately, including accurately recording match results and player statistics. Captains are responsible for the members they invite to their team. League admins are responsible for managing their league, including publishing fixtures and recording results for league-managed teams. League admins must ensure fixture and result data submitted is accurate and authorised by the participating teams.
BallerStats offers paid subscription plans, including Captain, Captain Pro, and League Admin tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider (Base44 Payments). By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms displayed at checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We are not responsible for payment disputes between team members and their captains — payment records within the app are for tracking purposes only.
BallerStats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in statistics or any disputes arising between team members.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
